Concur
Concur is an easy-to-use business travel, invoice and expense management software helps your business save time, money and gain control. All travel arrangements must be made in Concur. All staff must use the Concur portal to book any PFSCM-funded trips (airfare, hotel) and to submit expense reports.

First login: The starting username is your PFSCM email address, and the starting password is: welcome (all lowercase).
Update your personal Information (as shown on your official ID, passport, or driver’s license): Once you log in, go to Profile → Profile Settings → Personal Information.
Concur Support:
Reliable, 24/7 support is available for process, administrative and technical needs. The Concur representatives are familiar with PFSCM specific system configuration. The Concur User Support Desk is the first point of contact for any issues. The User Support Desk can be reached via phone, UI link, online Knowledge Base or even chat (US only).
