What the Information Technology unit does:
The Information Technology (IT) unit provides support to the PFSCM staff by developing and implementing tools and providing assistance on their usage. These tools include ERP, business intelligence reporting and client order tracking.
The IT unit supports the following organization-wide applications:
- One Network
- Costpoint
- PowerBi /Data Warehouse
- MyOrders
- Web Services (Wambo integrations, OneNetwork/CostPoint integrations)
- PFSCM External Website
- PFSCM Intranet
- Jira
- Slack
- Google Drive
- LucidChart
- WeTransfer
- Bria
Key activities include:
- Application support and development
- Report development
- Training and best practices on supported tools and applications
- Onboarding and equipment assignment
